Sheet 01 — Story

A modern shawarma brand, built for growth

Shawarma Royale opened its first location in Waterloo in 2017 on a simple idea: authentic Syrian shawarma, made fresh daily, delivered through repeatable systems rather than one-off hustle. That discipline is why it became Vessel's flagship proof that a single good location can become a real network — now 24+ locations across the GTA, Waterloo Region, Hamilton, Barrie and beyond, with Cambridge and Guelph opening next.

“Built on systems, not shortcuts.”

“We do not look for everyone — we look for alignment.”

What we look for in partners

  • Accountability and a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to follow systems and standards
  • Financial responsibility
  • A long-term mindset
  • Openness to guidance and structure

Food or retail experience can be helpful, but it is not a requirement.

  • Paid advertising across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google and YouTube
  • Influencer marketing, brand-wide and store-specific
  • Organic content creation that drives traffic
  • In-store creative — posters, menus, screen content, counter holders
  • Packaging and in-store branding assets
  • Email marketing to retain and reactivate customers
  • Website promotions to lift online orders
  • Google profile visibility improvements for every location

Covers the initial review — administrative handling and background verification. A soft credit check may be run through legal counsel to assess financial suitability without affecting your credit score.

02

Includes onboarding and structured training for up to two designated partners, at least two weeks of team training before opening, and on-site support through pre-opening and launch.

03

Grand Opening Fee

Supports coordinated launch planning: promotional planning, marketing offers, in-store activation, community engagement, giveaways and promotional materials. Participation is optional, though often recommended for a new market.

04

The brand manages the full build-out — not just walls and flooring. Interior finishes, equipment supply and installation, smallware, POS and operating systems, pre-opening coordination and roughly two weeks of opening inventory.
